Position Title: Lead Sales Consultant - Residential Remodeling

Location: Prescott Valley, AZ, and surrounding areas
Compensation: $40,000 base salary + commissions. Target earnings: $145,000+ annually with uncapped earning potential

As we continue to grow, we're excited to add a Lead Sales Consultant to our team-a role for an ambitious professional who's passionate about helping clients transform their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth & Client Outreach
• Engage new clients through cold calling, follow-ups with past clients, and proactive neighborhood marketing.
• Actively represent Crosby Home Services at ongoing projects, building connections within the community.
• Client Engagement & Consultation
• Meet clients to discuss project visions and specifications across kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and outdoor spaces.
• Provide preliminary designs, sketches, and on-the-spot consultations to refine project plans.
• Project Estimation & Proposal Management
• Prepare accurate project estimates aligned with client budgets and expectations.
• Send and follow up on proposals to close contracts.
• Project Coordination
• Post-sale, collaborate closely with our project management team to ensure a smooth handover, addressing materials, subcontractors, and scheduling.
• Address client-related concerns and manage change orders as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years in direct-to-customer sales, ideally in residential remodeling or related fields.
• Skills: Strong design consultation abilities with proven sales experience.
• Field Marketing: Willingness to engage in door-to-door outreach and local field marketing efforts.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to meet sales targets, aiming for monthly sales goals of $150,000.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Previous Business Experience: Experience running a small business is a plus.
