We are recruiting a Sales Consultant on behalf of our client, a growing software development and digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is a proactive closer who can generate new business, manage a pipeline, and hit clear KPIs.

Position: Sales Consultant – B2B (Software & Digital Marketing)
Location: Ireland/UAE (supporting EMEA region – Ireland, UK, UAE)
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Basic salary + high, performance-based commissions

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, referrals, etc.).
  • Nurture prospects from first contact to closing, managing the full sales cycle.
  • Sell software development, web/app solutions, and digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social, branding, etc.).
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in Ireland and the UK, while actively developing new business in the UAE and wider EMEA region.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on KPIs, forecasts, and targets.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and marketing teams to shape proposals, pitches, and sales materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, IT services, or digital marketing.
  • Strong track record of lead generation and closing deals against monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Comfortable selling to SMEs and mid-market clients across different geographies/time zones.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English).
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and stay accountable to KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
  • Experience working with clients in Ireland/UK/UAE/EMEA is an advantage.
