KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Handle customer service requests and inquiries.
● Guide clients in preparing required documents and information.
● Coordinate with relevant authorities to support and process orders as needed.
● Track order progress, update status, and keep clients informed.
● Provide customer support via email, phone, and online channels.
● Maintain order data in the system and prepare regular reports.
● Other tasks as assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or related fields.
● Fluent in English & Vietnamese communication skills (writing and speaking).
● Proficient in Microsoft Office & travel software.
● Detail-oriented, organized, good time management.
KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
● 1+ years’ experience (travel industry preferred).
● Customer service & document management skills.
● Independent, proactive, problem-solving mindset.
● Creative, resilient under pressure, multi-tasking.
● Strong follow-up, team spirit, and persuasive communication.
