Day-to-Day Tasks:

Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering a great customer experience
Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers
Schedule appointments for client design consultations
Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
Review measurements, estimate materials, provide suggestions, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality
Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes & photos
Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability & order project materials
Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend.

What We're Looking For:

1 to 3 years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Interior Design, Furniture Sales, Hospitality or similar role
Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
Ability to navigate through QuickBooks is a plus - but willing to train
Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business.
Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
Personal & professional judgment
Quick to help customers get what they need
Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Time management skills & detailed oriented
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
