We assist couples from around the world with marriage applications, documentation, attestations, and wedding coordination, providing a smooth and stress-free experience.

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries received via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, social media, and website forms.
• Consult with prospective clients regarding Civil and Islamic marriage registration services.
• Qualify leads and recommend suitable wedding packages and services.
• Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with clients regarding document requirements and wedding timelines.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Assist with wedding planning and coordination tasks when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, travel consultancy, hospitality, wedding planning, real estate, insurance, or similar client-facing roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong ability to build rapport and close sales.
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, or sales tools is an advantage.
• Additional languages such as Tagalog, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or French are a plus.
