Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa categories, eligibility criteria, and process timelines.
- Counsel clients and convert potential leads into successful sales closures.
- Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to maintain engagement and ensure conversions.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Assist clients with documentation and application guidelines as required.
- Stay updated with immigration rules, policy changes, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in immigration sales or overseas education/consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of major immigration programs (preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
