Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa categories, eligibility criteria, and process timelines.
  • Counsel clients and convert potential leads into successful sales closures.
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to maintain engagement and ensure conversions.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Assist clients with documentation and application guidelines as required.
  • Stay updated with immigration rules, policy changes, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in immigration sales or overseas education/consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of major immigration programs (preferred).
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,136.47 - ₹30,000.00 per month
