Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ETHIOPIAN FEMALE Sales Consultant/Office Secretary to manage office duties like replying to messeges , schedueling appointments while also consulting clients on corporate services such as company formation, visas, and business support solutions. The ideal candidate combines financial accuracy with strong sales and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Office secretart:
- Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing phone calls, and ensuring all communications are documented and followed up on promptly. 1
- Scheduling and Arranging Appointments: Efficient time management is crucial for leadership and team coordination. Secretaries manage calendars, schedule meetings, and avoid conflicts to ensure productivity. 1
- Maintaining Records: Organizing and maintaining office records, files, and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval. 1
- Coordinating Meetings: Planning and organizing meetings, ensuring all necessary details are in place and that the meeting runs smoothly. 1
- Administrative Support: Providing support to other staff, managing office supplies, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. 1
These duties highlight the importance of an office secretary in maintaining organizational flow and supporting other staff members. The role of an office secretary is integral to the successful functioning of any office, and they play a pivotal role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. 6
Sales & Client Consultation Duties:
- Respond to client inquiries about company formation, visa services, and corporate solutions
- Provide consultations and recommend suitable business setup packages
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and service proposals
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into clients
- Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist in marketing promotions and referral partnerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in accounting, sales, or corporate services
- Knowledge of UAE company formation and visa processes preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must READE , SPEAK and WRITE MULTI-LANGUAGES Specially (French,English,Arabic & Ethiopian[Amharic & Orommifaa])
Preferred Profile: GENDER FEMALE & MUST HAVE THE SKILLS MENTIONED
- Experience in business setup consultancy or PRO services
- Sales-driven with strong financial discipline
- Multilingual candidates preferred
