McNeal Accounting Plus LLC is a growing accounting and bookkeeping firm providing professional bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks training, and fractional CFO services to businesses throughout DeSoto County, Shelby County, and clients nationwide.
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Contractor / Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and build strong business relationships in the community.
Duties
- Prospect and connect with small business owners
- Generate leads through networking, calls, referrals, and community outreach
- Schedule consultations for bookkeeping and accounting services
- Follow up with potential clients
- Maintain communication records and lead tracking
- Help grow relationships with medical offices, dental offices, realtors, and other small businesses
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales or networking experience preferred
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with small businesses and professional services is a plus
- Experience with B2B sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
