About the Role :-

We are a growing firm in the Manpower Supply and Heavy Equipment Leasing sector, looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Contracts Representative to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on acquiring new contracts and building a strong client base in the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Actively visit construction sites and industrial zones to identify new business opportunities.
• Contract Acquisition: Secure and sign new contracts for manpower supply and heavy equipment rentals.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with site managers and procurement officers.
• Quotations & Bidding: Prepare professional quotations and follow up on pending deals to ensure successful closing.

Job Requirements:

• Language: English - arabic
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Contract Acquisition within Saudi Arabia.
• Mindset: A "Hunter" mentality—highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Driving License: Must have a valid Saudi Driving License (Mandatory).
• Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
