JOB DESCRIPTION
* Day-to-day administrative assistance tasks related to the cleaning services provided by the company.
* Coordinating and scheduling cleaning services
* Managing customers and staff inquiries and complaints
* Assisting with finance-related tasks
* Providing excellent customer service

EXPERIENCE
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in an Admin role in the UAE
* Experience in administrative assistance and customer service.

QUALIFICATION
* Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
* Basic understanding of finance-related tasks
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Flexible working hours
* Attention to detail
* Time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in the cleaning industry
