Sales Coordinator

FK TOOLS is seeking motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Coordinators to join our Musaffah, Abu Dhabi team. As an Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Candidates with experience in hardware, tools, or construction material trading will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information on our extensive range of tools and hardware supplies.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Assist the sales team with daily activities, including preparing quotations and following up on leads.
• Provide excellent customer service, fostering strong client relationships.
• Manage and update the product inventory in coordination with the supply chain team.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hardware, tools, or construction material trading is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good organizational skills.
