As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and enhance our client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily sales operations and administrative support.

Prepare quotations, manage customer records, and maintain databases.

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups for the sales team.

Track sales performance and assist in preparing reports.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Prior experience in a similar administrative or sales coordination role is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience in sales coordination or support roles.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Ability to generate and interpret sales reports.

Proactive and customer-focused attitude.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
