· Enter and update sales order accurately in the Dynamic system
· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents
· Process customer orders and ensure all information is complete and correct
· Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams regarding order status
· Follow up with customers on deliveries, inquiries, and pending documents
· Maintain organized records, files, and databases
· Update product prices regularly in the company’s online portals and supplier/customer platforms and monitor portal notifications, requests, and pending updates
· Assist the sales team with administrative support and communication
· Ensure timely response to customer emails and calls
· Perform general office duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
