Seafood King LLC is looking for an energetic and and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. Sales Coordinator will act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and will be responsible for generating leads, handling inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with relevant and accurate reports as required by the line manager.
  • Assisting the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting clients to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
  • collaborating with the sales team on pricing strategies, and optimizing financial practices for enhanced profitability in the competitive seafood market.
  • Send quotations to customers in absence of Salesperson as and when required.
  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the sales team.
  • Track sales orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage post-sales processes.
  • Handle administrative duties related to sales, including documentation, invoicing, and contract management.
  • Providing administrative support to the Director Sales & Marketing in the preparation of month-end reports, processing invoices and responsible for various general office-related tasks as required
  • Follow up with short deliveries, out of stock products, etc with the respective Salesperson.
  • Effectively communicate with customers related to delivery information or alternate product recommendation following advice from the Salesperson.
  • Compose letters, memos, faxes and other mail on behalf of the Director of Sales and other executives
  • Handle all incoming calls and guest’s inquiries in the absence of the sales team and channel to the concerned if the inquiry requires immediate action
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales records within the CRM system, ensuring all client information is current and accurate.

Experience And Qualifications

· Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role with hands-on experience in CRM systems, order processing, and contract management.

Key Skills

· Strong sales coordination abilities, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in any CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel Advance, PowerPoint).

· Strong sales & Excellent customer service skills

· Bachelor's/ Master’s degree holders (BBA/MBA - in Marketing Specialization or related field

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Time management - deadline driven and excellent time management skills.

· Should have excellent communication skills.
