1. Team Management & Coordination

Supervise and guide the sales coordination team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance of sales coordinators and executives.

Support team members in handling escalations and complex customer requirements.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong communication with existing clients, ensuring timely responses to queries.

Follow up with lost or inactive customers to rebuild relationships and generate business.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times.

3. Sales Support & Execution

Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order execution.

Track quotations, orders, invoices, and payments using CRM and other sales tools.

Maintain accurate sales data, customer records, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

Prepare MIS reports, sales performance trackers, and dashboards for management review.

4. CRM & Data Management

Ensure timely and accurate data entry in CRM systems.

Track sales pipeline, customer interactions, and follow-ups through CRM.

Analyze customer data to identify trends, lost opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
