Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries, follow-ups, and client coordination
- Maintain sales records, proposals, quotations, and monthly reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
- Assist in preparing presentations, product information, and sales materials
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing)
- Manage company social media pages and create engaging content
- Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports
- Support lead generation activities and online promotions
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO basics)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines
- Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
