Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales inquiries, follow-ups, and client coordination
  • Maintain sales records, proposals, quotations, and monthly reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
  • Assist in preparing presentations, product information, and sales materials
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing)
  • Manage company social media pages and create engaging content
  • Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports
  • Support lead generation activities and online promotions
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO basics)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
