Job Position: Sales Coordinator & Inside Sales
Location: Mumbai, Andheri east
Department: Sales Support / Inside Sales
Reports To: GM-West
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator & Inside Sales Executive to support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate sales operations. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales engineers, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generations.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product brochures.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead tracking.
Maintain the CRM system, sales database, and reporting dashboards.
Log Service call , Allocate service call, documentation, and AMC contract renewals.
Schedule meetings, demos, and online presentations with clients.
Provide regular MIS reports on sales pipeline and customer status.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (written & spoken).
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence.
Highly organized with multitasking ability.
Experience in industrial/technical sales coordination preferred.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce/Engineering preferred).
2–4 years of experience in sales coordination/inside sales.
