Job Description :-

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
  • Prepare and send quotations, PI, sample requests, and follow up with customers.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts to ensure timely dispatch and billing.
  • Maintain sales data, customer records, and MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Coordinate with the sales team for updates on leads, and follow-ups.
  • Track order status, outstanding payments, sample dispatches, and product availability.
  • Assist in maintaining distributor/customer pricing and documentation.
  • Support in export documentation (if required) and maintain filing as per company guidelines.
  • Update Zoho/SAP with accurate data for customers, leads, and sales activities.
  • Provide administrative support for sales presentations and audits.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
