Job Description :-
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Prepare and send quotations, PI, sample requests, and follow up with customers.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts to ensure timely dispatch and billing.
- Maintain sales data, customer records, and MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Coordinate with the sales team for updates on leads, and follow-ups.
- Track order status, outstanding payments, sample dispatches, and product availability.
- Assist in maintaining distributor/customer pricing and documentation.
- Support in export documentation (if required) and maintain filing as per company guidelines.
- Update Zoho/SAP with accurate data for customers, leads, and sales activities.
- Provide administrative support for sales presentations and audits.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
