Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development team in a uniform manufacturing company. The role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, preparing quotations, and assisting in business growth across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and government sectors in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist the sales and business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Coordinate sales activities, client follow-ups, and meetings
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions
Client Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between clients, sales team, production, and logistics
- Handle customer inquiries related to uniforms, fabrics, customization, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Support client onboarding and ensure smooth order processing
Order & Documentation Management
- Process sales orders and ensure alignment with production schedules
- Coordinate with the factory, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
- Maintain contracts, invoices, delivery notes, and other sales documentation
Market & Sales Support
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
- Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and client presentations
- Track sales targets and KPIs for the business development team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination or business development support role
- Experience in uniforms, garments, textiles, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the UAE market, especially corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
