Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Deira, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: AED 3000-4000 ( Depends on Experience )

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations, customer communication, service coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in sales support, and the ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, invoices, sales orders, and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with customers through Instagram, Facebook, Email, Telephone, and WhatsApp.
  • Support lead generation efforts through cold calling and prospect identification.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.

Customer Service & After-Sales Handling

  • Manage incoming service inquiries promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when required, and ensure effective after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the service team to schedule repairs, replacements, or product-related support.

E-Commerce & Digital Coordination

  • Manage listings, orders, and customer queries on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or other relevant E-commerce channels (as applicable).
  • Ensure product availability, pricing updates, and timely order processing.

Stock Monitoring & Procurement Support

  • Monitor stock levels daily and coordinate with the procurement/warehouse team regarding stock availability.
  • Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and inventory updates.
  • Assist in preparing stock reports and aligning with procurement needs.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare professional emails, official communication, and sales reports.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including sales performance, customer follow-ups, and pending orders.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, filing, and administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar sales support role.
  • Experience in the Power Tools / Hardware / Construction Tools industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Languages Known: English, Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
