Job Title: Tele calling Executive(Real Estate)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:

The Tele calling Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by explaining property details and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through calls, online platforms, and walk-in

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information

Explain project details, features, and benefits to potential clients

Conduct regular follow-ups and schedule site visits

Coordinate with the sales team to assist in deal closures

Maintain and update lead details in CRM

Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

Experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or real estate preferred (freshers can apply)

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Email

Customer-oriented, confident, and well-organized

Willingness to travel for site visits if required

Working Days:

6 days working | 1 weekly off
