Job Description:

House Banao is looking for a proactive Sales Co-Ordinator/Executive to engage with leads generated through multiple platforms. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining services, and converting inquiries into quality leads.

The selected candidate will undergo one week of structured training before managing live leads independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads received from various platforms
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate service information
• Convert inquiries into qualified leads
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Achieve assigned calling and lead conversion targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead handover
• Ensure professional and courteous communication

Training & Onboarding:

• 1-week training covering product knowledge, calling process, and systems
• Continuous guidance during the initial phase

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-focused approach
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
