Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator – LED Sales & Installation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator – LED Sales & Installation to manage end-to-end coordination of LED display sales, delivery, and installation projects. The role involves close communication with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and technicians to ensure smooth execution of orders from confirmation to final installation and handover.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and experienced in coordinating sales operations and technical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers via email and phone regarding orders, timelines, and updates
• Handle order processing after confirmation from sales team
• Plan and arrange delivery schedules for LED products
• Coordinate installation activities from start to completion
• Arrange required materials, accessories, and consumables
• Coordinate purchases with suppliers when required
• Arrange vehicles and logistics for delivery and installation
• Assign and coordinate technical teams for different tasks
• Monitor installation progress and ensure completion as per plan
• Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction
• Provide regular updates and final confirmation to customers
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and coordination logs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator / Project Coordinator (LED, signage, or AV industry preferred)
• Strong email communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to coordinate between sales, purchase, logistics, and technical teams
• Basic understanding of LED displays and installation processes is an advantage
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in LED display, digital signage, or electrical/AV project coordination
• Familiarity with UAE vendors, logistics, and installation workflows
• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
