About the Role
AABTools is urgently hiring a Sales Coordinator for our Dubai operations. This role is suited for professionals with experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support who are motivated to grow into a B2B sales role. The position offers hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle, customer engagement, and industrial product solutions within a structured growth pathway.
Only candidates currently based in Dubai, UAE will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute the end-to-end sales cycle from initial customer contact to order closure
- Convert and manage inbound sales leads generated through marketing and business channels
- Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and tailored solutions
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, including quotations, order status, and follow-ups
- Perform regular follow-ups on open opportunities to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support repeat and B2B business
- Prepare sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and basic sales forecasts
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Process and track customer orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Uphold company values, professionalism, and ethical sales practices
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Sales Support, or related roles
- Exposure to industrial products, technical sales, or B2B environments is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer objections and present appropriate solutions
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Results-driven, proactive, and eager to develop a career in B2B sales
Preferred Experience
- Background in industrial tools, construction equipment, or technical supply industries
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems such as Zoho, Oracle, SAP, or similar
- Prior exposure to B2B sales operations or industrial distribution
