Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Manager to drive the adoption of Exsegen’s cancer and genetic diagnostic solutions. This individual will be responsible for engaging with hospitals, oncologists, and healthcare professionals to promote and sell our groundbreaking technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach hospitals, diagnostic centers, and oncologists to introduce Exsegen’s AIpowered solutions.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive product adoption and generate revenue.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the advantages of AI-driven genetic testing and liquid biopsy over traditional methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
