Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

· Act as a bridge between clients and the mechanical design team.

· Handle client inquiries, RFQs (Requests for Quotations), and initial project discussions.

· Coordinate with the engineering and design team to gather technical inputs for proposals.

· Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations with clients.

· Follow up with clients regarding proposals, negotiations, and order confirmations.

· Maintain client databases, sales records, and project documentation.

· Track project status and ensure timely updates are communicated to clients.

· Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS reports, and forecasts.

· Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic understanding of mechanical engineering and design services.

· Ability to coordinate with technical teams effectively.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in sales support or coordination

· Knowledge of invoice processing and order management

· Basic understanding of sales processes

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
