Ampsy Consultancy LLC is a growing business services firm committed to delivering high-quality solutions across business setup, and corporate support. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our business development and client service activities.


Key Responsibilities:

•          Coordinate daily sales activities and follow-ups with clients.

•          Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and client communication.

•          Prepare quotations, sales reports, and CRM updates.

•          Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.

•          Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team.

•          Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and internal departments.


Requirements:

•          Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.

•          Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.

•          Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. (Additional language proficiency is a plus.)

•          Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

•          Able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

•          Presentable and professional communication style.
