Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator (Sponsored visa holders currently in UAE are preferable) to support our sales and business development activities and contribute to company growth. This role involves close coordination between sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication, proposal preparation, and lead management in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in promoting IT solutions
  • Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Manage lead generation through online platforms, CRM tools, and outbound outreach
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate customer records
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution details, pricing, and timelines
  • Maintain sales reports and pipeline tracking
  • Support client meetings, demos, and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or IT sales preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
