Industry : fenestration, construction, interiors, or building materials industry

Skills :

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales Team to coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Share Quotation/Proposals with Clients
• Follow up with customers for order approval
• Maintain Sales Records, Customer Data and Enquiry Trackers
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement and Installation Teams for Order Execution as required.
• Track order status from Back End Team and ensure timely updates to Clients and Sales Team.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, whatsapp and other client communications professionally.
• Assist in making Sales Reports
• Support Sales Team during Exhibitions, Site Visits and client meetings when required.

Required Skills:

• Good communication Skills in ENGLISH, HINDI and BENGALI.
• Strong Follow Up and Coordination Skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Basic CRM Systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
• Experience in construction industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Topsia, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
