Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Green Vibes Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving business targets. The role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of orders within the herbal and nutraceutical product segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day sales operations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and MIS reports.
  • Track order processing, dispatch schedules, and delivery status
  • Assist in client communication regarding order status, documentation, and requirements
  • Support the sales team in lead management and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely submission of sales reports and documentation
  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales-related documents

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under Pressure.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Coordination / Sales Support role
  • Experience in herbal, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
