Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing order processing, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management

• Accurate order entry in system (Tally/ERP)
• Verify pricing, quantity, GST details before processing
• Ensure timely order confirmation to customers
• Track order status and dispatch coordination

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts & Logistics team
• Follow up for pending orders and payments
• Maintain regular communication with customers

Documentation & MIS

• Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices & Sales Orders
• Maintain customer database
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Maintain proper documentation of sales records

Payment & Dispatch Support

• Coordinate with accounts for payment confirmation
• Ensure timely dispatch after payment clearance
• Follow up for outstanding payments

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer queries & complaints
• Provide product information and updates
• Build strong long-term customer relationships

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Order Entry Accuracy: 98–100%
• Order Processing Time: Within 24 hours
• Customer Response Time: Within 2–4 hours
• Payment Follow-up Efficiency
• Sales MIS Timely Submission

Qualification:

• Graduate (Preferred: B.Com / BBA)
• Basic knowledge of GST & billing process

Skills Required:

• MS Excel & MS Office proficiency
• Tally / ERP knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Good coordination & multitasking ability
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing / polymer industry
• Knowledge of dispatch & logistics coordination
• Basic understanding of sales analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,608.38 - ₹20,111.02 per month
