Thrive Advertising is a leading branding and large-format printing company in the UAE, specializing in indoor & outdoor signage, vehicle branding, mall branding, retail graphics, and customized advertising solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with production, and ensuring smooth execution of signage and branding projects.

This role requires strong follow-up skills, client coordination, and knowledge of advertising materials and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
  • Prepare quotations, BOQs, and proposals for signage & branding projects
  • Coordinate between sales, design, production, and installation teams
  • Follow up on pending quotations and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain CRM / client database and sales records
  • Assist in preparing LPOs, invoices, and payment follow-ups
  • Track project timelines and update clients on progress
  • Support outdoor sales team with documentation and coordination
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle minor complaints professionally

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in advertising, signage, printing, or related industry preferred
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook mandatory)
  • Knowledge of signage materials (acrylic, vinyl, LED, ACP, flex, etc.) is an advantage
