Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to handle daily administrative duties and support project execution from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating between teams, clients, and supplier

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management and project team.
  • Assist the project manager/team in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare sales-related documents such as work orders, delivery schedules, and progress reports.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, comparison sheets, and other documents.
  • Maintain project files, approvals, drawings, and updated records.
  • Coordinate site requirements and support with logistics arrangements.
  • Track sales activities, follow-ups, and delivery schedules

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of sales coordination experience.
  • Male Candidates required.
  • UAE Driving License will be a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
