You will play a key role in supporting sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and helping drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
• Communicate with clients to handle inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
• Track sales progress and prepare basic reports
• Liaise with logistics and procurement teams for order fulfillment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Experience in logistics, trading, or supply chain is an advantage

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Sunday to Thursday
