Job Summary

United Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in the automotive industry and working knowledge of SAP. The candidate will support the sales team, manage order processing, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices in SAP
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Prepare sales reports and performance data
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Support the sales team in daily operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Hands-on experience with SAP (Sales/Distribution preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Salary

PKR 50,000 – 90,000 (based on experience)
