We are seeking a full-time, in-office Sales Coordinator to join our Inside Sales and Leasing team. This position serves as the initial point of contact for prospective residents and plays a critical role in the leasing process from the moment an inquiry is received.
The Sales Coordinator will manage a high volume of inbound activity — approximately 150 inquiries per week — and will be responsible for engaging prospective tenants, assessing their housing needs, and coordinating efficiently with our leasing agents in the field to schedule property tours.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintain consistent follow-through, and work comfortably across 7–8 software platforms in a fast-paced environment. This position requires grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Success depends on the ability to stay focused, organized, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours a week, in-office (not remote)
- 5 days a week: Tues-Sat (w/ Sun & Mon off) OR Sun-Thurs (w/ Fri & Sat off)
Compensation:
- $26 - $28/hour (base pay + commission – based on overall occupancy)

Day to Day Duties:
- Manage all incoming leads via phone, text, and email; qualify and assess prospective tenants.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage advertising and promotional efforts, which may include posting and updating ads on our website and other platforms such as Craigslist and Rent.com.
- Verify the accuracy of unit details across platforms on an ongoing basis; adjust as needed.
- Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns to attract potential customers.
- Conduct market research surveys.
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, managing documentation, and maintaining records.
- Generate reports or maintain databases related to sales activities.

Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills*:
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent computer skills with an aptitude for learning new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with SUPERB attention to detail.
- Ethical and professional conduct in dealing with sensitive tenant information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and policies.
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Must be willing to assist as needed during emergencies.
- Maintaining a positive, business-like image while representing Anchor NW Property Group.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
