Sales Coordinator

Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the organizational backbone for a high-performing medical device sales representative covering the state of Florida. Your work will ensure that our customers receive timely, accurate information and that our sales rep can focus on what they do best—serving healthcare providers and patients. From managing schedules to coordinating the materials necessary for effective in-services, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the sales process running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to a field-based medical device sales representative.
  • Complete order forms using information received from customers via email or text.
  • Confirm scheduled customer meetings, product demos, and in-services.
  • Track orders, shipments, and inventory to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts setting them up with reimbursement support and the home office.
  • Assist with expense reporting, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Liaise with internal departments (marketing, customer service, logistics) to resolve customer inquiries quickly.
  • Coordinate requests for pricing letters and consignment agreements
  • Reconcile inventory on-site at customer locations.
  • Use your personal vehicle to travel to customer locations in the state of Florida.
  • Maintain accurate records.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with the ability to take direction and multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning CRM tools.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • A customer-first attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Previous administrative or sales support experience is a plus, but not required.
