Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team.

In addition to regular sales coordination responsibilities, the candidate should be confident in handling customer leads, engaging in sales pitching, managing direct sales customers, and coordinating stock-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and sales inquiries
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders, and related documentation
  • Handle direct sales customers and support walk-in/customer inquiries
  • Follow up on customer leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Conduct sales pitching and product/service presentations to customers
  • Maintain and update CRM/customer databases
  • Coordinate stock availability, inventory updates, and order fulfillment
  • Work closely with the warehouse/store team regarding stock movement and delivery status
  • Support telesales and lead generation activities
  • Provide after-sales follow-up and customer support
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain proper sales records

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, telesales, customer service, or direct sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage leads and interact confidently with customers
  • Basic knowledge of stock handling and coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
  • Experience using CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Candidate should be organized, proactive, and sales-oriented

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
