Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Sales Coordinator – MEP to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in MEP project coordination, quotation preparation, client communication, and sales support within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare quotations, technical documents, and project reports
• Follow up on inquiries, approvals, and project status updates
• Handle project documentation, LPOs, invoices, and delivery coordination
• Support project sales activities and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse for material availability
• Maintain project tracking sheets and update management regularly
• Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with project requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years UAE experience in MEP / Construction industry
• Knowledge of MEP materials and project coordination procedures
• Experience in quotations, tender documents, and client follow-ups
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
