Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily sales operations and activities
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets and goals
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams for order fulfillment
- Track sales performance and prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and client visits
- Monitor inventory and product availability
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in sales coordination or sales support preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in digital print center is a plus
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
