Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily sales operations and activities
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Assist the sales team in achieving targets and goals
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams for order fulfillment
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and client visits
  • Monitor inventory and product availability
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales coordination or sales support preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in digital print center is a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
