Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Chemicals division. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by managing enquiries, coordinating orders, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and keep processes running efficiently will directly contribute to achieving the team’s objectives and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and RFQs, preparing accurate and timely quotations.
• Process purchase orders in line with client and supplier requirements.
• Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sales transactions.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, orders, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with customers, principals, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Review proposals, sales orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support finance and accounts teams by providing required documentation for invoicing.
• Address and resolve delivery discrepancies while maintaining high service quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within oil & gas or chemicals trading.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
