ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency working with multiple brands across different industries. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Account Manager who will manage leads, client communication, proposals, and day-to-day coordination between clients and the internal creative team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales, client servicing, and digital marketing agency operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Coordination & Lead Management
- Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, ads, and referrals
- Coordinate with sales callers and schedule client meetings
- Maintain lead data and status in Google Sheets / CRM
- Ensure no lead or follow-up is missed
Client Requirement & Account Handling
- Attend client meetings or calls to understand requirements
- Document client needs clearly (services, timelines, priorities)
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients
- Share updates, collect feedback, and manage approvals
Proposal & Deal Support
- Prepare proposals using predefined templates
- Coordinate pricing and approvals with the founder
- Share proposals and manage follow-ups
- Support the sales closing and onboarding process
Internal Team Coordination
- Convert client requirements into daily tasks
- Assign work to designers, video editors, and social media executives
- Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare daily and weekly work status reports
Reporting & Process Management
- Maintain proper documentation of client communication
- Track project progress and pending tasks
- Escalate issues to the founder when required
- Help improve internal processes and workflows
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confidence in client interaction (calls, WhatsApp, meetings)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp)
PREFERRED (NOT MANDATORY)
- Experience in sales coordination, account management, or agency work
- Familiarity with CRM tools, task management tools
- Background in marketing, business, or communication
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced: Salary as per experience and interview
