Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Chemical Background Required)

Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field (Mandatory)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a strong Chemistry background to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, handle client communications, and assist with chemical product-related coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
  • Communicate with clients regarding product specifications, quotations, and order updates
  • Prepare sales reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records
  • Handle technical inquiries related to chemical products
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery
  • Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on orders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or similar role
  • Knowledge of chemical products or industry is required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience in chemical trading/manufacturing companies in UAE
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
