Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sales Coordinator cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales coordination, accounting, and customer handling, along with excellent communication and organizational skills to support daily business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales team and customers regarding orders and inquiries
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents
  • Maintain accurate sales and accounting records
  • Handle daily accounting transactions, payments, and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing reports and updating records
  • Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and delivery teams for smooth operations
  • Ensure timely documentation and proper filing of records

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in the same field
  • Experience in sales coordination and accounting
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Familiarity with accounting software / ERP / Focus , Zoho systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
