- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and proposals
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery and order processing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product or order information
- Schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and track sales activities
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of sales-related information
