Sales Coordinator (Female Only)

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping of all the out-stationed sales force.

Record will be their daily activity report , number of clients visit, enquire about the sample results and , cross verification calls to the customers.

2. Manage sales inquiries, leads, and follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and resolution.

3. Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations.

4. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, customers ledgers and dashboards.

5. Process sales orders, quotes, and proposals.

6. Develop and maintain sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and product information.

7. Build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

8. Identify and resolve sales-related issues, escalating to management when necessary.

9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

10. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

11. Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of sales coordination or administrative experience

- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Nice to Have:

- Experience with sales automation platforms

- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices

- Certification in sales coordination or administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
