- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including managing reservations and payments.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balancing of accounts.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in retail or technical sales environments.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including direct sales and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques and lead generation strategies is a plus.
