Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation and managing customer relationships.
  • Coordinate product demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce.
  • Support business development initiatives by researching market trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including managing reservations and payments.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balancing of accounts.
  • Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in retail or technical sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including direct sales and business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with market analysis techniques and lead generation strategies is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
