We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in heavy equipment spare parts to support our sales team. This role involves sourcing parts using catalogs, managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist with preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries.
- Parts Sourcing: Use parts catalogs to identify and source parts for heavy equipment.
- Order Tracking: Monitor order status, coordinate deliveries, and resolve any issues.
- Customer Service: Provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Coordination: Assist with managing stock levels and liaise with the warehouse.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in sales coordination - spare parts sales (heavy equipment's).
- Skills: Knowledge of heavy equipment parts, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering ; technical background is a plus.
Counter & Internal Coordination:
- Counter Sales: Assist customers directly at the counter with parts inquiries and orders.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

- Sourcing Heavy Equipment parts using catalogs: 2 years (Preferred)
