Job Responsibilities
- Handle appointment bookings efficiently (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email)
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
- Manage WhatsApp and email communications
- Follow up with clients for confirmations, promotions, and feedback
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with beauticians
- Maintain daily appointment records and client database
- Support salon sales through service promotions and upselling
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and beauticians
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling and basic computer skills
- Well-organized and able to multitask
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused
- Preference for candidates with own visa or spouse visa

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
