Sales Coordinator Hindi Speaking

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle appointment bookings efficiently (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email)
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
  • Manage WhatsApp and email communications
  • Follow up with clients for confirmations, promotions, and feedback
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with beauticians
  • Maintain daily appointment records and client database
  • Support salon sales through service promotions and upselling
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and beauticians
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Knowledge of appointment scheduling and basic computer skills
  • Well-organized and able to multitask
  • Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused
  • Preference for candidates with own visa or spouse visa

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
