Sales Coordinator / Indoor Sales Executive at Lulu Rayyan Group W.L.L

Lulu Rayyan Group is a supplier of construction materials and industrial products, supporting Qatar’s fast-growing infrastructure and building sector. The Sales Coordinator / Indoor Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting customers and ensuring smooth sales operations.

About the Role:

You will work from the showroom or office, assisting contractors, walk-in customers, and companies with their construction material needs. This role focuses on customer service, coordination, and sales support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product selection
  • Prepare quotations and price offers
  • Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse
  • Follow up on orders, payments, and customer requests
  • Maintain customer records and sales documentation
  • Support invoicing, billing, and basic reporting
  • Coordinate with outdoor sales and suppliers
  • Ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in sales or customer service (construction materials preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, invoicing systems)
  • Knowledge of building materials is an advantage
  • Organized, responsive, and customer-focused mindset

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
